Following the provisions of the Odisha Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act,2007, the Government (Skill Development and Technical Education Department) duly approved the recommendation of the Policy Planning Body, and the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee was established on July 4, 2013, to hold Common Entrance Examinations and manage the counseling process for admission to various Undergraduate and Postgraduate Level Professional Courses in the State of Odisha.
The OJEE Committee's goal has always been to administer entrance exams and offer a single, transparent, and equitable window for admission to a variety of professional undergraduate and graduate programs offered in the State while utilizing cutting-edge, efficient technology.
The Joint Entrance Examination for Undergraduate courses, including B.Pharm, B.CAT, Lateral Entry to B.Tech, and Postgraduate courses, including MBA , MCA, M.Tech, M.Arch, M.Plan, M.Pharm, Integrated MBA, and M.Sc. Computer Science will be administered by the Committee for the 2024–2022 academic year at various Universities, Govt. Colleges, and Self-Financed Institutes in the State.
The Committee will conduct counselling-cum-admission for admission to various courses, including B. Tech, B. Arch., and B. Plan, based on the All-India Rank of Odisha State candidates in the JEE (MAIN) – 2022 and MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and BHMS courses in universities, Govt. Colleges, and Self-Financed Institutes in the state.

OJEE Exam Fees: An application fee for applying for one course is INR 1000/- and an INR 500/- additional fee for every subsequent course. Furthermore, SC/ST/PC categories need to pay INR 500/- application fee.
